1. Service

Endurometry provides free running calculators and optional paid Pro features (training-plan generation, history and export). Results are estimates and do not constitute medical, nutritional or professional coaching advice.

2. Accounts

Pro features require an account. You are responsible for the email inbox used for magic-link sign-in. Do not share access links.

3. Subscriptions, one-time purchases & billing

Paid plans are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel via the Creem customer portal (the “Manage billing” button on your account page, or the link in your receipt email) or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period.

One-time purchases, where offered, are charged once and do not renew. They unlock the listed features on your account for as long as the service is operated. If you upgrade from a lower one-time product to a higher one, the amount already paid may be deducted at checkout.

4. Refunds

Because plans are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. If a charge was made in error or the service was unavailable at first purchase, email us within 7 days of the charge via the contact form (topic: Billing) and we will work with Creem on a remedy. Statutory consumer rights in your country still apply.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse generation quotas, scrape the API, reverse-engineer paid endpoints, or use the service to provide medical advice to others. We may suspend accounts that exhaust quotas via automation.

6. Disclaimer

Training advice is general information only. Running involves injury risk. Use at your own risk.
