Turn any distance and finish time into pace (min/km, min/mile), speed (km/h, mph) and a full split table. Works for 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon and custom distances.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between pace and speed?
Pace is the time to cover one unit of distance (e.g. 5:00/km); speed is distance covered per unit of time (e.g. 12 km/h). They are reciprocal — runners usually work with pace.
How do I use splits?
The split table shows the cumulative time at which you should pass each kilometre or mile, so you can hold an even effort instead of going out too fast.
Can I enter a custom distance?
Yes — type any value and pick the unit, for example 8.5 km or 400 m.
