Read this before you generate a plan
Training plans generated by Endurometry are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice or individualized coaching.
- If you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or were recently injured, talk to a clinician before following any schedule.
- Pain, chest tightness, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath: stop the session.
- The skeleton uses fixed VDOT intensity labels. Change volume, rest days and workouts for your life and history.
- We do not know you. This is not a personalized coaching service.
We anchor paces with Daniels-style VDOT from your recent race, then build a week-by-week skeleton (base → build → taper) using fixed, transparent rules.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a substitute for a coach?
No. It is a structured starting point using published intensity labels. Adjust for injury history, life stress and race-specific constraints.
Do I need Pro?
You can generate a small number of plans for free each month. Pro raises the limit and unlocks CSV export and saved history.
Where does my data go?
If you are signed in, plan inputs may be stored for history (Pro). Otherwise generation is quota-counted by an anonymous browser key.
