Pace Band Generator

Generate a printable pace band with the time you should pass every kilometre or mile at your goal finish time.

Set your goal finish time and get a cumulative split table for every kilometre or mile. Print it, cut it out and tape it to your wrist or race bib — no mental maths on course.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I run negative splits?

Many coaches suggest starting 5–10 s/km slower for the first few kilometres and making it up later — much safer than going out fast.

GPS watches always show extra distance

Bands use the official distance. GPS typically records a few hundred metres more, so leave a small margin.

Can I save it as PDF?

Yes — click Print / Save as PDF and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.
